Hi, I am Jacob Henriksen.
I am a Baker and Pastry Chef and have been working for more than 25 years in this field here in Denmark and abroad. I worked in luxury hotels in the USA and Denmark and owned a Pastry shop for 15 years in Mexico. I have also participated in several pastry world-class competitions, including the World Pastry Cup, and I have a passion for baking cakes, chocolates, and desserts.
